I'll take my business elsewhere and this means you loose out Black Bear. Not after the way that one individual treated us. We'll be back up in Sparks in September, but I don't think the we'll be eating at your Black Bear Diner. I would love to follow up on getting this one person FIRED on how she treated the 5 of us !!! If someone from Black Bear Diner reads this and wishes to speak with me, please do contact me. This restaurant is great, it's that one individual employee that works there that makes this diner a 4 star instead of a 5. Better yet, be fired on the way she treated us !!! She should be in the back washing dishes.

We had the receipt and my wife showed the host this and she still gave us lip, and no APOLOGY !!! A person like this should not be greeting or working with the public. While we were outside saying goodbye to each other the host came outside with attitude and accusing us of not paying. As we left the building the host sad goodbye to us, but looked at us funny, and with a harsh stare. After my wife paid we all continued to talk and chat with one another for a bit longer before we had to get on the road. 2 sweet cream pancakes, 3 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage links & a ham steak, served with your choice of potato.
